Class Registration & Cancellations

• If there are no sign-ups for a class 60 minutes prior to the start of class, the class will be canceled. Please check our website or Studio Bookings app for updates to the schedule.

• A no-call, no-show results in the loss of that class/workshop credit. We will not refund for no-calls, no-shows.

• If you cancel before the start time of the class/workshop, you will be refunded your class credit or to your original form of payment. Cancellations can be handled by the client up to one hour before the start of class. After that, please email the studio to cancel your spot.

• Retreats are non-refundable.

Purchases & Refunds

• All purchases are non-refundable. Class passes, workshops, and retreat purchases are non-transferable. 

• A five-class pass expires 3 months after purchase date. A ten-class pass expires 6 months after purchase dates. Any existing credits after expiration date will be forfeited.

Arrival & Studio Expectations

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class. We offer a 5 minute grace period for late arrivals. 5 minutes after the designated start time, instructors have the right to lock the door to ensure safety and preserve the container of the class. 

• We ask that phones and other devices be silenced before the start of class time to minimize disruption.
