One-On-One Sessions

Looking for one-on-one support using a multi-faceted approach to yoga on and off your mat? Over the years, Becca has studied the limbs of yoga extensively and used a multitude of yoga practices to guide her on her healing journey, allowing her the ability to understand the relationship between the nervous system, the mind, the breath, and the way the body stores and moves information. One-on-one offerings allow for a customized approach, allowing you to deepen your relationship with your yoga practice.

In this offering, you'll meet once a week for 90 minutes at a scheduled time of your choice. During that time, you will meet with Becca to utilize different yoga and somatic modalities in order to help you move through your yoga journey. Practices may include: asana (yoga postures), meditation, breath work, guided reflection, & sound healing.
