4:30-5:30 pm - Slow Flow with Becca Wohlwend

5:45-6:45 pm - All Levels Flow with Becca Wohlwend

7:15-8:15 am - All Levels Flow with Heidi Howse

4:30-5:30 pm - Yoga & Massage with Heidi Howse

6-7 pm - All Levels Flow with Alyssa Welch

7- 8:15 pm - Warm Stone & Slow Flow with Heidi Howse

7:15-8:15 pm - Beginners Flow with Alyssa Welch
