Becca started her yoga journey in 2010 as an at home practice. Her initial journey with yoga began very much as a physical practice; she knew nothing about breath work but still loved the way yoga made her body feel. After having babies and a multitude of health issues while combating anxiety and depression, Becca's practice quickly became very focused on the power of our breath (pranayama) along with meditation, and she began to delve deeper into the other limbs of yoga. She believes that a well-balanced practice can be used as a tool in holistic healing. She received her RYT 200 in April of 2019 and is Yoga Alliance certified.
To me, yoga is... unity and connection with our body, mind, breath, and spirit. It's a place of inner stillness that we can use as a tool to access our true selves, both on and off our mat.
My goal when I am teaching is... for my class to feel welcomed, invited, and connected with themselves and one another.
My favorite thing about yoga is... the paradox, irony, and story that lies within our practice; we create heat to find stillness, movement to connect to our breath, and so on. My practice always reveals a direct correlation between my inner and outer worlds.
When I’m not on my mat, you can find me... spending time with my three little girls and my husband, hopefully outdoors, or nose deep in a good book!

Alyssa's journey with yoga started after she had her first son in 2012; being a new mom she needed some time to herself so that she could be a better mom to her little guy. She only practiced at home for a few years and she really enjoyed the quiet time and the workout. Then it continued to evolve and has turned into a passion of hers. She decided to become a yoga teacher as a way to share her passion with others. Alyssa completed her RYT 200 in April 2019. She loves what yoga has done for her and for her perspective on life and she is very excited and honored that she gets to share it with others.
To me, yoga is... a journey that allows me to connect with myself and others on a deeper level. Yoga allows me to focus on the big picture and reconnect with what is most important in life.
My goal when I am teaching is... to make everyone in my class feel welcomed, strong, and capable.
My favorite thing about yoga is... its ability to bring mindfulness to those who practice.
When I’m not on my mat, you can find me... chasing my boys around the front yard with my husband, snuggling my pup, indulging in Mitchell's Ice Cream, and trying to remember to text people back.
As a former massage therapist, Heidi witnessed the benefits of relaxation and exercise to successfully manage stress. She feels that yoga is one of the best practices to combine both of these elements in a way that’s both fun and effective. Heidi feels that what you put into your practice, you get out of it! She received her RYT 200 in April of 2019. She is excited to share her perspective from massage therapy to create a truly unique yoga experience.
To me, yoga is... the best place to lose yourself and find yourself all at the same time. The combination of the physical elements and breath work helps to create a sense of peaceful focus that, with time and practice, can follow you off the mat and into your daily life.
My goal when I am teaching is... to help students find their best way to connect with the calm inside them; strengthening the mind-body connection through gentle movement and breath.
My favorite thing about yoga is... the peace and focus I feel when I’m on my mat. It’s time that’s just for me and where I want to go, even when some days are better than others. It’s nice to connect with others who are exploring their own goals through yoga.
When I’m not on my mat, you can find me... with my family hiking in Metroparks, photographing people, places and things around Cleveland, or sampling and writing about wine.
